Steel pipe inner wall sandblasting machine

The steel pipe inner wall shot blasting machine can perform shot blasting cleaning on steel pipes with inner diameters ranging from 50mm to 273mm. The  machine is used to remove impurities such as rust, welding slag, and oxide scale from the inner wall of the steel pipe, making the surface of the workpiece  smooth.
Product Introduction
The steel pipe inner wall shot blasting machine adopts a special spray gun for strengthening sandblasting of steel pipe inner walls, especially a spray gun for strengthening the inner wall of austenitic stainless and heat-resistant steel pipes to improve their resistance to high-temperature steam oxidation corrosion. It has a nozzle and a spray rod, which are assembled at the front end of the spray rod. The nozzle has an outer tube and a guide core, and the front end of the guide core has a larger head end. A circular gap is formed between the nozzle guide core and the front end opening of the outer tube for spraying sand, pellets, and air mixture. During sandblasting, the energy of the air source and the steel pellets are concentrated in the narrow circular gap and sprayed, which can generate a uniformly distributed high-temperature oxidation and corrosion resistant hardening layer along the inner wall of the steel pipe. It can strengthen the inner surface of oil stains, rust, and black paint on the steel pipe after sandblasting and cleaning, and present a metallic luster to increase its surface area for workpiece spraying and painting. The spray rod is a straight austenitic stainless steel pipe, and its non plasticity in the length direction ensures that the shot blasting speed remains constant throughout the entire length of the steel pipe, generating a uniformly distributed hardening layer on the inner wall of the steel pipe; In addition, the flexible design with a large aspect ratio in the shape of the spray bar helps to automatically align the nozzle with the inner wall of the steel pipe for sandblasting.
technological process:
Pneumatic feeding → Automatic pipeline bracket lifting and moving → Automatic pipeline bracket in place and lowering → Steel pipe rotating bracket moves towards the rear sealing chamber → Front sealing chamber moves → Steel pipe self rotation opening → Dust removal opening → Lifting opening → Spiral opening → Shot blasting trolley moves → Sandblasting starts (from front to back) → Sandblasting ends → Backward blowing → Belt conveyor stops → Lifting stop → Dust removal stop → Self rotation stop → Front sealing chamber moves → Self rotating bracket moves → Lifting device rises and moves → Lifting device moves into place and lowers, unloading → Powder spraying, oil coating, and powder treatment.
The anti-corrosion steel pipe inner wall sandblasting machine and QGN series steel pipe inner wall sandblasting machine are a combination cleaning machine for cleaning the inner wall of steel pipes. They clean the outer surface of oil pipes through sandblasting and the inner surface through sandblasting to remove all surface oxide scales.
This machine mainly utilizes the high-speed shot flow thrown out by the high-efficiency and powerful shot blasting device to polish the rotating workpiece surface and inner cavity located inside the chamber, removing other sticky sand, rust layer, welding slag, oxide scale and other impurities, so as to obtain a fine and smooth surface. Improved the adhesion between the paint film and the steel surface, enhanced the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the steel, improved the intrinsic quality of the steel, and extended its service life.
work environment
1. Power supply voltage AC 380V/3 50HZ
2. Compressed air consumption 6m3/min * 6 shots (6 spray guns on simultaneously)
3. Air pressure 0.6-0.7MPa
The sandblasting machine on the inner wall of the steel pipe can remove oil stains, rust, and black paint on the inner surface of the steel pipe. After sandblasting, the inner surface of the steel pipe is strengthened and presents a metallic luster, increasing its surface area to facilitate workpiece spraying and painting.
