The through type shot blasting cleaning machine uses a roller mechanism to start sequential operation of the shot blasting wheel when the workpiece enters the main shot blasting chamber. After shot blasting treatment, most of the oxide scale, dirt, and other attachments on the surface of the workpiece are cleaned up, and the surface of the workpiece can reach Sa2-2.5 level. The working mode of the assembly line is continuous circulation.

In order to handle the large amount of dust generated during polishing and shot blasting rust removal, the machine is equipped with one set of high-efficiency new LT-48 pulse blowback cleaning filter cartridge dust collector, which has high dust removal efficiency and is easy to install and maintain

The working mode of the circulation system is as follows: scattered pellets are transported to the bucket elevator through the lower longitudinal screw conveyor, lower belt conveyor mechanism, and horizontal screw conveyor. The bucket elevator lifts the pellets and debris to the upper part of the cleaning room, and the high-efficiency BE separator is transported by the horizontal screw conveyor. After being processed by the BE separator, dust and debris are separated from the good pellets. The good pellets are stored in the storage hopper for use in the shot blasting machine and sandblasting system.
